Tamir Elbaz and Hod Ben Yada knew each other long before Telop existed. They went separate ways. Tamir moved to China, started out in manufacturing and spent the years since in supply chain and logistics. Hod developed products and took them to market, and eventually brought one of them to China to be made.
They met again there, on the ground, and Tamir helped get it produced. In 2014 they founded Telop together. Between them they have sat on both sides of the table: one arriving with a product that had to be made, the other on the side that makes it. That is still how the company reads a job.
The management team runs every order: the two founders, plus quality and logistics, client communication, finance and the office. Behind them sits the project-management, QC, sourcing and logistics team in Foshan. You will know which of them is on your project, because you will be emailing them.

Our office is in Nan Hai district, Foshan, inside the Guangdong manufacturing belt.
Guangdong. Our operational base - furniture, joinery, stone, glass, aluminium and interior production.
Own officeBusiness structure, contracting, banking and international trade documentation.
Own officeGuangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Zhongshan - supplier network within working distance of the base.
Supplier networkClient-side representation in Europe and Israel - same team, same language, same time zone.
RepresentationOur supplier file is not a directory we bought. We built it one supplier at a time, from the ones we have found, qualified and used, and for each we record what they make, where they are, and whether they manufacture or resell.
We opened each record ourselves, after working with the supplier.
290 of them in China. The other 25 are in Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Poland, Czech, Israel and the Middle East.
The cluster our Foshan office sits inside. Most of it is within a day’s drive.
We record whether each supplier manufactures or resells - so far 132 as manufacturers, 54 as both and 19 as traders, with the rest of the file still to be classified. It changes who you are actually talking to, what a price really contains, and who can fix it when something is wrong. We make that distinction before we quote you.
Telop holds no certification of its own. These are the standards we build and check production against, and the certificates belong to the suppliers who hold them. We will never show you one of theirs as if it were ours.
The banks and insurers we work through for international payment, letters of credit and cargo cover. We bank with them. They have not endorsed us.
The management team, all of them above. Your project will sit with one of them.
